Second recipient of our Passion 4 Passion fund is Tices. Originally from New Jersey, Tices crafts his electronic music to have a deep house feel to it. Starting from the bottom is where he is. He goes to school at the University of Florida. He's just grinding it out, performing at local shows, and producing music while everyone is partying. He's a go getter with a lot of passion. That's the reason he's receiving this fund.
